Pakistani bowlers again did an excellent job in restricting England to a total of 215 runs under tough conditions of dew in night time especially Arafat Minhas. Arafat Minhas played a perfect all round performance to single handedly hand England an 87 run defeat.
In batting our revival begun with Babar Azam and Saad Baig's innings and then Hassan Nawaz played superbly to score 77 runs in partnership with Arafat Minhas who scored a useful 57 runs. Later on Arafat Minhas combined with Faheem Ashraf to lead Pakistan to a score of 302 runs. In Arafat Minhas Pakistan have found a match winner who is a skilful all rounder and is equally good with both bat and ball.
In the end what I would like to say provided an extreme dent in form Pakistan should make the final of tri nation series on the back of these two comprehensive and crushing wins over Sri Lanka and England at Rawalpindi.
