Pakistan and Sri Lanka have even chances of winning the test series with Pakistan having slight advantage as they are playing in home conditions. In batting Pakistan have the ever dependable skipper Babar Azam, Saud Shakeel and Salman Ali Agha. In bowling they have Aamir Jamal, Mohammad Abbas and Razaullah as pacemen and in spin department they have the all rounders Arafat Minhas and Salman Ali Agha.
Sri Lanka's batting is strong but they have a weakness in bowling with Prabath Jayasuriya being the only useful and penetrative bowler. Pakistan must prepare sporting pitches and not big turners as this strategy of theirs has back fired in the past.
In the end what I would like to say is that I hope the Rawalpindi pitch produces a result.
