Pakistan have been whitewashed 3-0 by England and it is embarrassing to say the least. On the otherhand there were some positives in this tour. Saud Shakeel, Azan Awais, Shan Masood and in the last innings Babar Azam batted well in the series. In bowling Mohammad Abbas was consistently good and picked up wickets regularly in the series. Razaullah was the find of the tour as he shone not only with the ball but also with the bat.
Pakistan finally got a flat pitch in this series and their first innings score of 133 runs was disappointing and disheartening to say the least. Razaullah's heroics with the bat ensured that Pakistan avoided an innings defeat.
In the end what I would like to say is that Pakistan finally showed fight in the third test match of the series at Edgbaston and Mohsin Naqvi's decision to make all these changes in the team was justified.
